PRIVACY POLICY 

CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE believes that our customers' privacy is very important. All of your personal information will be stored on restricted database servers. We guarantee that we will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except to our mail carriers as required to help deliver your purchases.

You will only receive newsletters and promotions via email from us if you signed up for our mailing list or if you have placed an order with us. If you would like to remove your name from our mailing list for any reason, you may send us a request at customer.support@cupcakeaddict.com with the email subject of "unsubscribe".

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Shortly after you submit your order, an email confirmation will follow confirming that your order was received by us, included will be your detailed invoice referenced with your order number. However, if you do not receive the confirmation, please email us immediately. 
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
 
Currently, We accept payment by KNET and cash on delivery.

Note: In order to make purchases, you must have a shipping address in Kuwait.

SHIPPING POLICY

 
LOCAL

CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE delivers locally in Kuwait via its network of delivery cars with a delivery charge of KD 2.000.

All local orders are dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours*.

• Orders placed Sunday-Thursday before 12pm will be delivered the same day.
  
• Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the following business day.
  
• Orders placed on Thursday after 12am will be delivered on Saturday.
(*Business days are from Saturday-Thursday, excluding public holidays) 


If we are experiencing any delivery delays due to unprecedented demand, it will be noted on the website.

International

CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE ships world wide via Fed Ex International Priority. We are able to ship to most countries - it is just a case of DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means the 

customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties (if any) which may be charged on the purchase.

We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days*.

• Orders placed Saturday-Thursday before 5pm will ship within 24 hours pending credit verification.
    
• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day, and will ship within 24 hours.
    
 
(*Business days are from Saturday-Thursday, excluding public holidays)

You can expect delivery within 24 hours from the time of submitting your order. Please note that it is very important to make sure that the shipping address you have provided is accurate and precise to avoid any delays or missing order.

 
READY TO SHIP

Orders will be considered ready to dispatch when:

1) Payment has been approved.

2) If you have ordered an item that is not yet in stock, your item will be shipped when it arrives (Item availability is shown on all item pages).

SHIPPING COST

 
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. You will be able to view your shipping cost on your order confirmation page before you make your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

International orders may be tracked via CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE’s website using an Air Waybill number that will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. Simply sign in to the ‘My Account’ section of CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE and proceed to ‘Order Tracking’. Local and International order status can also be viewed at anytime by viewing ‘Transaction History’.

Important note: we strongly recommend that you fully insure that your order was delivered complete and in good condition before signing the delivery confirmation provided by our carrier. 
 
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We urge our customers to read the descriptions carefully before purchasing; submitting an order is your agreement to our terms and conditions.
