CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE delivers locally in Kuwait via its network of delivery cars with a delivery charge of KD 2.000.
All local orders are dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours*.
• Orders placed Sunday-Thursday before 12pm will be delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the following business day.
• Orders placed on Thursday after 12am will be delivered on Saturday.
(*Business days are from Saturday-Thursday, excluding public holidays)

International
CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE ships world wide via Fed Ex International Priority. We are able to ship to most countries - it is just a case of DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means the
customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties (if any) which may be charged on the purchase.
We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days*.
• Orders placed Saturday-Thursday before 5pm will ship within 24 hours pending credit verification.
• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day, and will ship within 24 hours.

You can expect delivery within 24 hours from the time of submitting your order. Please note that it is very important to make sure that the shipping address you have provided is accurate and precise to avoid any delays or missing order.
Orders will be considered ready to dispatch when:
1) Payment has been approved.
2) If you have ordered an item that is not yet in stock, your item will be shipped when it arrives (Item availability is shown on all item pages).
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. You will be able to view your shipping cost on your order confirmation page before you make your purchase.
International orders may be tracked via CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE’s website using an Air Waybill number that will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. Simply sign in to the ‘My Account’ section of CUPCAKE BOUTIQUE and proceed to ‘Order Tracking’. Local and International order status can also be viewed at anytime by viewing ‘Transaction History’.
Important note: we strongly recommend that you fully insure that your order was delivered complete and in good condition before signing the delivery confirmation provided by our carrier.
